We had at first Adam come out and look at our ceiling that had a leak from an issue with our A/C. He figured out the problem and knew the fix that needed to take place. Our power went out due to a storm and the whole AC system was out for a few days. Our rental company connected us with Alpha Air and Heating and they had us scheduled within a day. They made sure everything was clearly communicated before, during and after. They are extremely affordable and provide top level service. What can I say? In this mean ol' World of NO Customer Service,NO Professionalism and POOR Workmanship.....Alpha Air restored my Faith in Humankind (lol) and all the GOODNESS therein! Matt,my Professional,arrived on Time,Called ahead,performed his Task and SOLVED the Problem as I asked Questions about Air Conditioning. He was never bothered by said questions and took me thru a mini-class of how to Troubleshoot if :things: go wrong again! His kindness and skill as well as he, as a person MUST be cloned! If only ALL Companies had a Leader such as he! I pray nothing ever goes awry again,but if it does, Alpha Air is my go-to Company!

They had a packed schedule but still made sure to get to our house before the end of the day, as promised. They replaced the AC unit and made sure we were up and running.
